All orders are shipped from our Broadway workshop in NY, NY. All orders take 1 to 2 business days to ship. Please note that shipping couriers usually deliver packages between 1 to 5 business days depending on the location.

All orders are shipped from the United States and can take 1 to 2 business days to be fulfilled. Most orders placed before 2pm EST will typically be shipped out the same day. Please note that shipping couriers usually deliver packages between 7 to 14 business days depending on the location but we can not anticipate any unforeseen circumstances. Please also note that TRIED AND TRU is not responsible for duties and taxes in regards to international orders. Please advise that all prices on the web store are pre-tax and the buyer will be responsible for covering duties and taxes of an item.

All orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery date. Returns can only be accepted if the item is unworn and the tags have not been removed. To initiate a return, please contact [email protected] with your order number and item and/or size you would like to receive. A return label will be provided to you from our team upon receiving the requested information. For exchanges, your new product will ship within 1 to 2 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Please note that Paypal usually takes 3 to 5 business days to process the funds back into your account.
